These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InGrow (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

InGrow researches topics you choose, generates LinkedIn posts in your configured voice using AI, and can schedule and publish approved posts to your connected LinkedIn account via LinkedIn's official API. Features and limits may change over time.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. You will not use the Service to publish spam, misleading, hateful, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish.

AI-generated content

Posts are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your views. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before it is published. We recommend keeping approval enabled; if you turn on auto-publish, you accept responsibility for the content that is posted automatically. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or results (such as engagement or reach) of any generated content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the niches, inputs, and posts you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to generate drafts and publish approved posts to LinkedIn.

Plans & payment

The Service offers a free plan with a monthly limit on generated posts and a paid Pro plan for a higher or unlimited allowance. Pricing and limits are shown in the app and may change with notice. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including LinkedIn and AI providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or restrict access in ways outside our control.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InGrow and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
